I set up ReFocus two years ago to promote well-being and emotional health - and it seems more and more important now for people to develop tools and techniques for feeling good so that they can succeed in work and personal life.
ReFocus has expanded its scope and now offers a range of ways to support individuals and organisations, including training, staff support and evaluation and research projects.
I believe in finding creative ways for people to be the best they can - I coach professionals and senior managers to enable them to keep a clear focus on moving forward, I provide one-to-one support for staff who are struggling with pressure, and I create thought-provoking team-building sessions to suit your own particular needs. I know that when people are feeling good they make the best contribution.
The insights and techniques which I offer can have a direct, positive impact on health, relationships and work.
