I have spent many years as a classroom teacher and in management and I know about the pressures which teachers and other staff who work with children feel - that they have to deliver the absolute best they can for children and young people. them forward. We've had lots of fun and really enjoyed exploring

those shared values and beliefs which create a powerful motivation

for moving on together.

Some serious thinking going on at the staff development day for the

Maden Community and Children's Centre - this exercise really got

everyone thinking about what they need to do in order to communicate

with each other successfully...

But it wasn't all serious - there were lots of laughs too across the border

in Lancs! And it was held at the Fisherman's Retreat - which has the

most extensive collection of fine whiskies in England - wow!
